Registration is now open for the Oregon Environmental Health Association's 2025 Annual Education Conference! Here's all the info you need to know.
The 2025 OEHA AEC will be held:
Tuesday-Thursday, October 7-9, 2025
at the Holiday Inn Salem
in Salem, Oregon
Conference Registration
Conference registration is now open! Registration for OEHA Members is $330 and for Non-Members is $395. Early Bird Registration ends August 15, 2025.
Not sure whether your OEHA Membership is current?
A list of current OEHA Members is available on the Members-Only pages of the OEHA Website. Recall that OEHA Memberships run on the calendar year and 2024 OEHA Memberships have expired. 2025 Membership plus Conference Registration is $380.
Hotel Reservations
Don't forget to book your room with our discounted room block rates! Cut-off Date for the discounted hotel room block is Monday, September 8, 2025.
In order to book your room using our block code, be sure to use the following instructions:
Call the Salem Holiday Inn at 503-370-7888
Option (1) reaches central reservations, and option (2) reaches the front desk on property (either option can book your reservation).
Use block code "EHA" or block name "OR Environmental Health Association."
Reminder: If booking and/or paying with a credit card other than your own, credit card authorizations are done via a secured link. When booking, request a CC authorization link be sent to the email of your purchasing official.
