Registration is now open for the Oregon Environmental Health Association's 2026 Annual Education Conference! Here's all the info you need to know.
The 2026 OEHA AEC will be held:
Tuesday-Thursday, October 27-29, 2026
at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort
in Lincoln City, Oregon
Conference Registration
Conference registration is now open! Our Early Bird rate this is is offered at 25% discount!
Early Bird Registration for OEHA Members is $300 and for Non-Members is $365.
Don't wait to register! Early Bird Registration ends August 15, 2026. After Early Bird, regular registration will be $400.
Not sure whether your OEHA Membership is current?
A list of current OEHA Members is available on the Members-Only pages of the OEHA Website. Recall that OEHA Memberships run on the calendar year and 2025 OEHA Memberships have expired.
Hotel Reservations
Don't forget to book your room with our discounted room block rates! Cut-off Date for the discounted hotel room block is September 26, 2026.
To book your hotel room in the reserved block, follow the instructions listed in this document. The booking code is only valid until September 26, 2026.
