The countdown has begun! OEHA's Annual Education Conference is coming up Tuesday-Thursday, October 24-26, 2023 at the Agate Beach Inn in Newport, Oregon!

This three-day, virtual course is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to excel in food safety regulation. During the course, you will:

Explore the criteria that define "APPROVED" food as per the Food Code,.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a White Elephant Auction item! A white elephant is defined as an "extravagant, impractical gift that cannot easily be disposed of".
