The countdown has begun! OEHA's Annual Education Conference is coming up Tuesday-Thursday, October 24-26, 2023 at the Agate Beach Inn in Newport, Oregon!


 

But wait! What if you aren't attending the OEHA AEC?


There are other EH opportunities the week of October 23. NEHA is offering a FREE, virtual FD112 Food Code Course on October 24-26, 2023. This three-day, virtual course is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and skills needed to excel in food safety regulation. During the course, you will:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the intent, design, and scope of the Food Code.

  • Explore the criteria that define "APPROVED" food as per the Food Code,.

  • Learn about crucial aspects such as water quality, plumbing, waste storage, recycling, and returnable items management within food establishments.

  • Understand and apply Good Retail Practices to maintain optimal operational and sanitary conditions in food establishments.
