Call for Speakers
We are currently accepting speaker applications for the 2026 OEHA AEC. Our web portal is back open for potential speakers to submit their applications. If you have an idea for a talk please follow the link or QR code below and complete the fields to apply, or share with others you think would be a great speaker!
Talks range in length from half an hour to two hours and could include a traditional talk with time for questions afterwards, a guided exercise with interactions between participants, or a panel discussion. We have seen a wide variety of talks in the past and it is always interesting to hear stories from the field including creative problem solving or program development.
We encourage you to apply if you have a story you would like to share! If you would prefer not to speak but have ideas for speakers you would like to see, please reach out to the conference planning committee at conference@oregoneha.org so we can reach out to them.

Hotel Bookings are Live!
It's never too early to get ahead of the game! Chinook Winds Casino Resort has a room block for OEHA, which is open for bookings now. See instructions below to book your room. Our conference will be held from October 27-29, 2026.
To book your hotel room in the reserved block, follow the instructions listed in this document. The booking code is only valid until September 26, 2026.
Reminder: If booking and/or paying with a credit card other than your own, please bring a signed copy of the Chinook Winds Credit Card Authorization Form for an easier check-in/check-out process
